Turning Feedback into Action: An Ever-Evolving Hotel We are never satisfied with simply presenting a concept. We believe a hotel must continue to evolve alongside the changing ways people travel and the city itself. As one example, to maintain affordable rates while enhancing convenience, we use technology to improve our services. Currently, guest identity verification at check-in requires a video chat, and there are times during busy hours when guests may have to wait. However, wanting to ensure at least your departure is smooth, we created a check-out process completed entirely with an in-room QR code. At HOTEL ORIGO, we do not discount room rates after bookings open, because we never want guests who plan and book early to feel at a disadvantage. Furthermore, when offering services or responding to requests, our standard is whether we can treat all guests equally under the same circumstances.
